EXCLUSIVE - DISKEEPER 2008
Radiosity test is one of the most disc intensive render taken from the SPECapc benchmark.   It really does sort out the wheat from the chaff in system builds.   The uptake in performance speaks volumes by themselves here in both Diskeeper 2007 and 2008.  But the biggest uptake in performance is without a doubt under 2008 of 12 minutes and 26 seconds which is a substantial saving in time and money to the end user
  • Radiosity Test without any defragmentation – 43 Mins & 25 seconds
  • Radiosity Test with Diskeeper® 2007 Applied – 35 Mins & 58 Seconds
  • RRadiosity Test with Diskeeper® 2008 Applied – 30 Mins & 56 Seconds

CBALLS 2 Video Post Output

F       Test without any defragmentation – 5 Mins & 13 seconds

F       Test with Diskeeper® 2008 Applied – 4 Mins & 52 Seconds

CBALLS2 SCENE.   As you will note from the timings shown above they are all but identical which shows that the GPU functions perfectly with no degeneration or interruption of data flow from the Hard disc to the final output.   But what is shown is the ever so slight increase in output performance once more.   Once more it highlights the benefit to the end user just how effective Diskeeper can be running in the background with all functionality enabled.
