Conclusions

When conducting an article of this nature, without a doubt, this has to be the hardest place to start; especially when trying to maintain complete objectivity and unrelated basis.

The facts we have seen previously and throughout are resounding.   They must have many now seriously thinking which way to go.   However, as like all articles of this nature we have to remain firmly seated on the middle of the fence.   Each system shown has its own particular merits and benefits, what has been significantly highlighted; how much savings are to be made.   

To summarise;

AMD Platform
.   Total time
up to check sum back to back all tests/renders/benchmarks covered within this paper was 9 Hours and 42 minutes to which 1.43 KWH’s of power consumption was recorded.

Intel Platform.   Total time up to check sum back to back all tests/renders/benchmarks covered within this paper was 7 Hours and 55 minutes to which 0.66 KWH’s of power consumption was recorded.

Therefore with the Intel Platform we see an overall time saved of 1 Hour and 47 Minutes to complete the whole sequence of events.   Energy Saved from the run was 0.77 KWH's.  

These few factual figures will have many sitting up wondering now with questions of this nature.  How much can we save over a day without reduction of productivity?   How much can we save over the year implementing new strategies as shown?   The facts shown are conclusive, and leave no shadow of doubt.   You the reader can easily do the mathematics.

More savings can be made as we have uncovered very successfully and these are very simple steps that can be taken in both software and hardware.   In the meantime and whilst the dust settles, these hard facts must wait for another day to be shown.  Surprise you, they will.

From these few complex, though decisive tests shown above, companies and individuals alike will be able to sit back and deduce raw analytical saving projections for the year.   This in turn will appease many sectors from within the company and the primary stock holders who are now all desperately to show "how green is our company".  

The final company saving to be seen; is many hard earned dollars which mean more profit, shares and notwithstanding critical reinvestment without sneaking into next years I.T departments R & D budget.

Everyone is crying, save money and energy which you asked us to show.   Today we have simplistically shown how, the onus now lays with you the reader to uptake these findings.
